How do I become a member?
Already have a Lumity account? Fantastic news! You have automatically been registered for #LumityCollective Rewards, just make sure you always use the same account to earn and redeem points. If you still don’t have a Lumity account, you can create one by clicking here.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 5 points for every £1 you spend, plus you will receive bonus points on your birthday and when you follow us or share our page on your social media. Click here to see ways to earn points.
How much is a point worth?
Each point is worth 2p.
How much would I need to spend to get a reward?
You will earn 5 points for every £1 spent and your first available reward unlocks once you have spent £180.00 and reached 900 points. However, there are other ways to earn points that don't require you to spend money such as celebrating a birthday or sharing, liking and following @lumitylife on Facebook and Instagram.
How do I keep track of the points/rewards I have earned?
You can log in to your account and view your points and rewards here.
Do my points expire?
Your points will not expire so there is no rush to redeem! You can continue to build up your points until you unlock your desired reward if you would like.
I’ve unlocked my reward, how do I claim it?
You can choose your reward in your account section here. Once you have chosen your reward item you will receive a voucher code to use on our website.
How long does it take to receive my reward for referring a friend?
You will receive your reward via email once your referred friend places a subscription order using your unique code.
I referred a friend but didn’t get my reward.

I had my Birthday, but didn’t get extra points.
To receive your Birthday reward points, you must have registered your Birthday on your account 30 days prior to the date of your Birthday.

What benefits do #LumityCollective Rewards members receive?
#LumityCollective Rewards members gain points every time they shop with us, both on our website and for recurring subscription orders, which build up to unlock fabulous rewards! Members can also exclusively access our Refer a Rriend program and will be the first to gain access to new products and exclusive events.
Can I refer a friend who lives in a different country?
Yes, you can refer a friend living in any of the countries that we ship to, find a full list here.
How many times can I redeem the same reward?
Every time you have enough points, you can redeem these on the reward of your choice.
Can I save up my points and choose which reward I would like to redeem?
Absolutely! As your points do not expire, you can continue to build up your points until you have enough to unlock your chosen reward.
