What is your Remote Working Policy?

Lumity is a remote-first company, prioritising flexibility and work-life balance. While team members in a commutable distance to central London meet weekly, the wider team work remotely from UK locations that suit their individual needs. This remote-first approach empowers our employees to work efficiently and effectively from anywhere within the UK, fostering a culture of innovation and productivity.

Are you able to sponsor visas?

We are currently not able to offer employment to candidates whose visas require sponsorship
