Worldwide Delivery and Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free UK delivery on all orders over £39. You can view shipping charges for other destinations below. UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail standard delivery service and aim to be delivered in 2 - 3 working days. For EU deliveries, please allow 4 - 10 working days and for the Rest of the World deliveries, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

We are unable to accept orders from residents living in other locations. In such cases, you will receive a message during checkout that we are unable to deliver to your chosen destination. US and Canadian residents may order using www.lumitylife.com.

*Please note that for deliveries to Australia, we are unable to accept PO Box addresses. 

Shipping Charges

If your delivery address is outside of the UK or EU, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
