Returns and Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund any product returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused. Please contact our Client Care Team to notify us of your return. If you would like to return an item for an exchange or refund you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have a further 14 days to return your items to us. 

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at your own expense. 

All returns should be sent, including a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order number, name and address) and reason for return to the below address;
