我需要注意哪些事项?
- 您在下单时请务必使用和身份证一致的真实姓名(简体中文)。并确保下单人和付款人是同一个人,即您支付宝/微信支付中绑定的个人信息,与您订单中所填的姓名和身份信息完全一致。
- 如果所填身份信息有误,或下单人和付款人的信息不一致,可能会造成订单无法阳光清关或被取消。
- 海关要求,您一次性购买同一规格的商品数量需在个人自用范围内,我们建议同一个商品不要超过6件。

Nomad (东西海淘) is the solution provider that facilitates lumitylife.co.uk to offer Alipay, WeChat Pay, as well as SF Express International customs clearance. If you visit this site from China, or your browser language is set to Chinese, you will see this button when you checkout your shopping cart.
What are the benefits of using Nomad Checkout (东西海淘) on your site?

What should I pay attention to?

Why do you need my phone number?

Why do I need to provide National ID information?
SF Express International conducts customs clearance on your behalf, so you need to provide corresponding National ID information to cooperate with customs clearance. Please rest assured that we will securely store your personal information and use it only for customs clearance purposes. Unless we notify otherwise, you do not need to submit your personal information again under any channels and circumstances.
Can I ask a friend to pay for it?
If you ask a friend to pay on your behalf, you will not be able to clear customs in this route, it may cause the order to be cancelled or returned. Please refer to the precautions 1-2 above.
How do I return or exchange a product?

We’re aiming for 100% customer satisfaction with our products and service. In the unlikely event that you’re not fully satisfied, we offer order cancellation and return in the below circumstances.
If your order hasn’t been shipped to China, you can request an order cancellation in DJX* “My Account” for a full refund.
If your order has been shipped to China but hasn’t reached customs clearance, you can request an order cancellation for a refund by contacting DJX customer service, the international shipping fee may not be refundable.
If your order has been cleared by Chinese customs, returns can only be accepted for wrong, faulty or damaged orders. You must contact DJX customer service to arrange a return within 7 days of receiving the order. A refund will be issued after we receive and examine the returns.
If the order is stopped by customs caused by customers, such as you have exceeded your annual CBEC allowance and etc. Customers will be liable for the full cost incurred.
We currently don’t support exchange.
