Whilst wrinkles are a fact of life and it would be strange to look twenty years old at the age of fifty, there are ways to stop time from passing too fast and showing on your face.  

1. Always wear SPF, even when it’s raining outside. 

You should absolutely see SPF as a non-negotiable part of your skincare routine. Wear every single day and, if you wear make-up regularly, you can buy cosmetic face powders which also have sun protection. If you’re at the beach, apply sun cream regularly throughout the day, wear a big, wide-brimmed hat and sit in the shade as much as you can.  

2. Fake a glow instead of sunbathing.

3. Do not smoke and stop if you still smoke.

6. Cut back on the booze.

7. Exercise five days a week.
