As a brand founded by Cambridge-educated PhD biologist and longevity expert, Sara Palmer-Hussey, scientific rigour has always been at the heart of what we do. Unlike most supplement companies that borrow existing studies on individual ingredients, we commissioned an independent, double blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial for our Morning & Night formula to establish its efficacy in a controlled environment. 

The data, observed over 12 weeks by board-certified dermatologists and researchers, suggest that aligning nutrition with circadian rhythm doesn't simply enhance results; it fundamentally changes them. The results, which were peer-reviewed and published in The Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, showed that participants taking Morning & Night reported a significant positive impact on their health and beauty – spanning skin, sleep, energy, immunity, mood and more.

Over 12 weeks, participants experienced clinically measured improvements in skin health, alongside benefits to sleep, energy and overall wellbeing, demonstrating the power of supporting your body's natural daily rhythm. Results indicated that after 12 weeks of consistent use 92%of participants felt more energised, while 84% noted improved sleep and 88% felt more emotionally balanced.
