Lumity’s Erewhon-Inspired Strawberry Beauty Smoothie

Total time: 5 minutes | Yield: 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 150g frozen strawberries
  • 125g coconut kefir or coconut yoghurt
  • 125ml coconut water
  • 2 pitted dates
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dose Beauty Plus powder
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Begin by swirling some coconut kefir or coconut yoghurt around the inside of your glass.
  2. Pop all of your ingredients into a blender along with a few cubes of ice.
  3. Blend until smooth, then pour into your pre-swirled glass.
