Right to Cancel and Refund PolicyWe stand by the quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase feel free to return the product for a full refund of the price of the product. All we ask is that you follow a few reasonable guidelines:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the despatch confirmation date.
- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
- Original and Returns shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of original delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) but not the cost of return delivery. We will make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without due delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
