Using long smooth strokes on dry skin, start at your feet and brush upwards toward your heart working your way up your body. Shower or bathe then apply Lumity’s nourishing Body Oil for a long-lasting glow.

When using your Lumity Copper Body Brush for the first time, use light and gentle brush strokes, ensuring not too much pressure is applied to the skin. As you continue to use the Body Brush over time, you will be able to increase the pressure of your brush strokes on your skin.
